These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Smartiflix. By subscribing to, accessing, or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1The Service

Smartiflix is a subscription based IPTV streaming service that provides access to live channels, movies, and TV series over the internet. We do not sell or provide any physical equipment; you must supply your own compatible device and internet connection.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Smartiflix. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3Account & Subscription

When you subscribe, you'll receive login credentials tied to your plan (device count, duration). You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your credentials confidential and secure.
  • Using the service only on the number of devices included in your plan.
  • All activity that occurs through your account.

4Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, share, or sublicense your personal credentials to third parties (unless purchased under our official Reseller Program).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our servers or infrastructure.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable local laws.
  • Exceed the simultaneous device/stream limit of your subscription plan.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5Payments & Billing

All plans are prepaid, one time payments for the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) — there is no automatic recurring billing. You choose if and when to renew. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change for future purchases; your current subscription price is locked for its active period.

6Free Trial

We may offer a 24 hour free trial to new customers at our discretion, limited to one trial per person/household. Trials are provided "as is" to let you test service quality before purchasing.

7Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which includes a 7 day money back guarantee on new subscriptions under specific conditions.

8Service Availability

While we target 99.9% uptime and use anti-freeze technology across our servers, IPTV streaming depends on your internet connection and third-party content sources. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error free access at all times, though our support team works to resolve issues quickly.

9Third-Party Content

Smartiflix aggregates access to content from independent third-party sources. We do not host, produce, or claim ownership of the underlying media. For copyright related concerns, see our DMCA Notice.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartiflix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interruptions, content availability, or third-party actions beyond our control.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, without refund, for violations of these Terms (including credential sharing, reselling without authorization, or abusive behavior toward our support team). You may stop using the service at any time; subscriptions are not automatically renewed.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
